Discover the oldest city in the new world, founded by the Spanish conquerors .you first stop is at “Los Tres Ojos”, and natural fresh water spring.
The motor coach will takes you to see the most interesting buildings and monuments in the new world, including the first palace “ El Alcazar” home of Christopher Columbus` son, Diego Colon that governed the island in the XVI century and headquarters of the Spanish conquerors for over 60 years.
we visit the cathedral of Santa Maria La Menor, first in the new world, close by is the “aterazana”, a lovely, picturesque street, one of the first in the city, which now houses gifts shops, boutiques and art galleries. Are located, our tour continues, through the most important churches, buildings and parks of the colonial city, once ransacked by pirates and recently restored to its past glory.
Leaving the colonial city, you will see the presidential palace the cultural plaza, a complex of unique modern buildings surrounded by attractive gardens. There you will find our national theater, the museum of modern art, the museum of Dominican man, among others, then we stop for lunch and shopping and to finish this unforgettable excursion we will visit the national aquarium.
