☼ Boca de Yuma

This wonderful tour begins with a warm welcome departing from Boca Chica and Juan Dolio with comfortable bus provided of air conditioning with open bar available accompanied by a tour guide specialist in Ecotourism.

We drive through the eastern coastline in direction to La Romana, a city located about 45 minutes, then we take the old road leading to our first stop in the Batey Magdalena, Haitians and Dominicans charming village where you will visit a Dominican school, and the sugar cane plantation, we continue our adventure to the La Basilica of Higüey, home of Our lady of Altagracia where Dominicans get to gather each year to celebrate the biggest religious Festival in the eastern region.

Then we continue to the cigar factory, where you can observe the cigar manufacturing and its plantation, here you can buy your cigar cheaper than in town. Continue our adventure to the city of Higüey, where you will have the opportunity to know the typical market, a vast array of agricultural products.

Later we Drive to Boca de Yuma a beautiful fishing town located in from of the Caribbean sea and surrounded of natural cliffs, and restaurants, in this community we visit the Indian cave, here you can see the stalagmite and, stalactites stones and Indians tainos drawings, then we got to our restaurant where a delicious Buffet Caribbean style with lobster and white wine is awaiting, drinks, dessert and coffee, accompanied by a spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea.

After lunch you explore the town and take a ride on the Duey river to observe, birds, mangroves and some reptiles that live in their caves, after finishing this adventure we return to yours hotels around five in the afternoon .
