Come with us on the most complete excursion of ecotourism in Dominican Republic and visit La Laguna Limon, one of the greatest ecological reserves of the country. In this trip you will have the opportunity to observe some of the most amazing views the Bahia de Samana has to offer and its two extraordinary lakes that can be seen from the highest point, the Montaña Redonda.
This excursion begins with us passing through beautiful towns which are covered with unique and typical colors until we arrive at the town Las Lisas. We will change transport to our cross-country vehicles in order to reach the top of the Montaña Redonda. Once a top we will enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the two lakes, La Bahia de Samana Lake and La Cordillera Oriental.
When we descend the mountain we will find ourselves enjoying a demonstration of how the coffee and the cacao harvested locally.
Then we visit a gallera, a place where roosters fight, where we will have the opportunity to observe a rooster fight.
Our journey continues towards the Rancho La Cueva. Here, we will enjoy an exquisite buffet with shrimps and wine.
After a nice break we will learn how tobacco is locally made and make our own cigar! For those who love horses, they well will have the opportunity to ride along a beautiful virgin beach.
